Dr. André T. Moore Sr. is the founder, Apostle, Bishop, and Senior Pastor of Anointed To Minster Ministries located in Lancaster, California – a Bible-centered, Kingdom-minded ministry that embraces praise and worship as well as a ministry that is driven to improve the quality of life in the community.
Before answering his call to preach and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ, Dr. Moore was Minister of Music for the Long Beach Community Choir for twenty-three (23) years during which time he produced their CD “A Reason to Celebrate.” After 27 years of dedicated service, Dr. Moore retired from the University of California Los Angeles. He also served ten (10) years as a Parent Education Instructor and Certified Facilitator for Parents Anonymous® the oldest child abuse prevention organization in the nation. His academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior from National University–Cum Laude; a Master of Arts Degree in Theological Studies – Cognate: Theology from Liberty University Rawlings School of Divinity; a Master of Arts Degree in Human Service Counseling – Cognate: Criminal Justice from Liberty University and an earned Doctor of Ministry Degree in Leadership from Liberty University Rawlings School of Divinity. On October 23, 2015, Elbon Solutions College of Ministry conferred upon Dr. André T. Moore Sr. an Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree.
In addition to Dr. Moore's accomplishments, on October 19, 2016, Dr. Moore was appointed to the Board of Regents of Elbon-Solutions College of Ministry and presently serves as the Dean of Academics of Elbon Solutions College of Ministry. The next shift in the life of Dr. Moore came on October 20, 2019, when Apostle, Dr. Rebecca Washington Berry ordained him a Bishop. Dr. Moore is also a certified mediator with Centinela Youth Services through the County of Los Angeles, and is also a certified Domestic Violence facilitator, a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors; and he has a certificate as a drug and alcohol counselor from the University of Pacific.
Dr. Moore is married to the Love of His Life Pastor-First Lady, Darlene Thomas Moore; they have five children and four grandchildren. Dr. Moore has an affinity to work with men and youth. He also enjoys sports, jazz, poetry, and nature. His motto in life is “Little becomes much when you place it in the master’s hand.”

Dr. Darlene Thomas Moore is the co-founder , Apostle and Pastor of Anointed To Minister Ministries located in Lancaster, California – a Bible-centered, Kingdom-minded ministry that embraces praise and worship as well as a ministry that is driven to improve the quality of life in the community. In April 2003, Dr. Moore accepted her call to ministry and dedicated herself to fulfilling this call. On May 22, 2005, the Lord brought to fruition the call to ministry, as Dr. Moore was one of the first two women to be licensed at Beulah Baptist Church Los Angeles, California.
Not only is she an anointed minister and teacher, Dr. Moore also uses her anointed voice as a Psalmist and Praise & Worship Leader. As a Prayer Warrior and Intercessor, Dr. Moore is blessed with the gift to connect with people, thus becoming a mentor and counselor to both men and women.
Dr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology from National University. Dr. Moore has acquired knowledge and training in the fields of Behavioral Science and Marriage and Family Therapy. Dr. Moore is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. In her quest for knowledge, she completed the Ministerial Preparation Training at Faithful Central Bible Church Inglewood, California under the tutelage of Dr. Darnell Holmes. Dr. Moore has a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry - Leadership Cognate Degree from Liberty University Rawlings School of Divinity and is presently pursuing a Master of Divinity Degree from Liberty University Rawlings School of Divinity. On October 23, 2015, Elbon Solutions College of Ministry conferred upon Dr. Darlene Moore an Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree. And on October 19, 2016, Dr. Moore was appointed to the Board of Regents of Elbon-Solutions College of Ministry and presently serves as the Assistant Dean of Academics of Elbon Solutions College of Ministry.
Professionally, Dr. Moore is dedicated to the field of Social Services and has remained employed by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services for the past 27 years. In 2001 Minister Moore received a Children’s Social Worker Award for“Outstanding contribution to children and families.” Additionally, Dr. Moore served several years as a Parent Education Instructor for Parents Anonymous®. Dr. Moore is also a certified Domestic Violence Advocate.
Dr. Moore is married to the Heartbeat of Her Life, Bishop Dr. André T. Moore Sr.; they have five children and four grandchildren. Dr. Moore’s pledge and constant affirmation to the Lord is,“I am committed to God, in all that I do, in all that I am, and in all that I will become.”
